We invite you to join us at our 36th annual Tree of Lights ceremonies, as we commemorate our loved ones who remain in our hearts with an honorary light. Your tax-deductible gift will light up the evening sky and support Care Dimensions' programs and services for our seriously ill patients and their families.
Care Dimensions will host four lighting ceremonies this December, offering the community the opportunity to gather and reflect. Please join us as we remember, treasure, and honor our patients and their loved ones. All ceremonies are followed by a reception with an opportunity to view the Tribute Book, which will also be updated online and available to view here in the digital Tribute Book - 2026 Tree of Lights Tribute Book
